Placing an Item in Your Cart
When you see an item you'd like to purchase, simply click "Proceed to Cart" (Not this one!)-the one on the product page- That puts the item in your shopping cart and takes you to the Shopping Cart page, where you'll be able to view the items you've added to your cart. You can also change the quantity of each item you've selected and remove items if you want. From your cart, you can either check out or continue to shop.
If you have finished shopping then click on the checkout button.
You will be asked to enter your details.
Then how you want to pay. The 3 options are credit card, pay pal and cheque.
We are an online store ONLY and we operate that way. . We strive to make our customers happy and if you are near the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne and you do not want it delivered you can place an order including your phone number and we shall schedule a time for collection when the order will be ready. This can take between 1-4 days.

Types of Email Confirmations
You receive an email initially after submitting the order then an email advising you the product has been shipped.
If an exteneded delay occurs we will advise you by email.
If you have put your phone number on the order we take special care and we will contact you and advise fully of the situation.
We do like to see a phone number on the order but it is not manditory unles you are sending to a different address.

Shipping to a Different Address
Our Shopping cart has the ability to send to a different person and address. If you intend to do this please include your
phone contact otherwise we shall cancel the order and advise you by email.

International Customers
International orders make up the bulk of our sales.
We sell more products overseas than we do locally. We are experienced in all tarrifs and rates and can advise what extra charges items may attract, needless to say email us with the item and we will reply straight away.
Shipping costs are all in the Shopping Cart for each location.
Returns Policy
If you are required to return an item you must email us in advance and we will explain the procedure.
Can I get my shipping cost refunded?
If there is an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit for your next purchase.
Refunds on PayPal are done within 3 days or receipt of the item and between 7-10 days on credit cards.
All item must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging, so we suggest keep it around until you are satisfied with the performance.

Shipping Costs & Times
We have our friends at Australia Post who offer next day delivery and Couriers Please can take an additional 2 to 3 days.
If you are located near the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne you can organise a pick up from our warehouse, but we do charge a fee for that.

We can offer other other methods. Cheque EFT cash AGC Credit Line can be organised.
